基于ATmega16的標記機控制系統

介紹了當前普通標記機控制系統現狀及其存在缺點，給出氣動標記機及相頻修正PWM模式的工作原理。采用ATmega16單片機和USB轉換RS232接口器件CH341T實現驅動控制系統與PC的實時通訊，標記控制系統可升級到USB接口。采用基于ATmega16的相頻修正PWM替換555振蕩電路產生的PWM，可直接通過軟件調整PWM信號。使用達林頓三極管TIP122替代直流繼電器驅動高頻電磁閥，使得電磁閥驅動電路簡單，成本低廉。該控制系統已成功應用于氣動標記機。 Abstract: In this paper,the actuality and demerit of the common gas marking machine control systems are described.The operation principle of the gas marking machine and the phase and frequency correct PWM of ATmega16is introduced.The real-time communication between the driving control system and PC by CH341T which its function is translated USB to RS232is realized,the control systems is updated grade to USB interface.The PWM signal can be adjustable by software for the555surge circuit was substituted by the phase and frequency.The high frequency electromagnetic value’s driving circuit by DC relay is replaced by TIP122,therefore,the circuit is become simple and the cost cheap.The control systems has been widely used in gas marking machine.

基于以太網的虛擬示波器設計

為提升虛擬儀器傳輸速率與實時性能，擴展監測范圍，在VC的軟件平臺上設計了一種全功能虛擬示波器。與傳統虛擬示波器相比，該系統采用嵌入式系統完成信號采集，采用工業以太網為傳輸介質，通過線性插值算法和多線程編程思想，實現波形顯示、參數計算、頻譜分析以及波形存儲及回放功能。實驗結果表明，該虛擬示波器可以實現20 kHz采樣頻率下的波形精確顯示，達到預期的各項指標。 Abstract: o enhance the transfer rate and real-time of virtual instrument performance， expand scope of monitoring， this paper uses the VCs software platform to design a fully functional virtual oscilloscope. Compared with traditional virtual oscilloscope， this system adopts the embedded system to complete the data acquisition， industrial Ethernet as the transmission medium used by the linear interpolation algorithm and multi-threaded programming ideas， namely to achieve waveform display， parameter calculation， spectrum analysis and waveform storage and playback. Experimental results show that the virtual oscilloscope can accurately display the waveform with 20kHz sampling frequency， and achieve the desired targets.

快速跳頻通信系統同步技術研究

同步技術是跳頻通信系統的關鍵技術之一，尤其是在快速跳頻通信系統中，常規跳頻通信通過同步字頭攜帶相關碼的方法來實現同步，但對于快跳頻來說，由于是一跳或者多跳傳輸一個調制符號，難以攜帶相關碼。對此引入雙跳頻圖案方法，提出了一種適用于快速跳頻通信系統的同步方案。采用短碼攜帶同步信息，克服了快速跳頻難以攜帶相關碼的困難。分析了同步性能，仿真結果表明該方案同步時間短、虛警概率低、捕獲概率高，同步性能可靠。 Abstract: Synchronization is one of the key techniques to frequency-hopping communication system， especially in the fast frequency hopping communication system. In conventional frequency hopping communication systems， synchronization can be achieved by synchronization-head which can be used to carry the synchronization information， but for the fast frequency hopping， Because modulation symbol is transmitted by per hop or multi-hop， it is difficult to carry the correlation code. For the limitation of fast frequency hopping in carrying correlation code， a fast frequency-hopping synchronization scheme with two hopping patterns is proposed. The synchronization information is carried by short code， which overcomes the difficulty of correlation code transmission in fast frequency-hopping. The performance of the scheme is analyzed， and simulation results show that the scheme has the advantages of shorter synchronization time， lower probability of false alarm， higher probability of capture and more reliable of synchronization.

基于Multisim 10的矩形波信號發生器仿真與實現

在Multisim 10軟件環境下，設計一種由運算放大器構成的精確可控矩形波信號發生器，結合系統電路原理圖重點闡述了各參數指標的實現與測試方法。通過改變RC電路的電容充、放電路徑和時間常數實現了占空比和頻率的調節，通過多路開關投入不同數值的電容實現了頻段的調節，通過電壓取樣和同相放大電路實現了輸出電壓幅值的調節并提高了電路的帶負載能力，可作為頻率和幅值可調的方波信號發生器。Multisim 10仿真分析及應用電路測試結果表明，電路性能指標達到了設計要求。 Abstract: Based on Multisim 10， this paper designed a kind of rectangular-wave signal generator which could be controlled exactly composed of operational amplifier， the key point was how to implement and test the parameter indicators based on the circuit diagram. The duty and the frequency were adjusted by changing the time constant and the way of charging and discharging of the capacitor， the width of frequency was adjusted by using different capacitors provided with multiple switch， the amplitude of output voltage was adjusted by sampling voltage and using in-phase amplifier circuit，the ability of driving loads was raised， the circuit can be used as squarewave signal generator whose frequency and amplitude can be adjusted. The final simulation results of Multisim 10 and the tests of applicable circuit show that the performance indicators of the circuit meets the design requirements.
