射頻識別(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)是一種允許非接觸式數據采集的自動識別技術。其中工作在超高頻(Ultra High Frequency,UHF)頻段的無源RFID系統,由于在物流與供應鏈管理等領域的潛在應用,近年來得到了人們的廣泛關注。這種系統所使用的無源標簽具有識別距離長、體積小、成本低廉等突出特點。目前在市場上出現了各種品牌型號的UHF RFID無源標簽,由于不同品牌型號的標簽在設計與制造工藝上的差異,這些標簽在性能表現上各不相同,這就給終端用戶選擇合適自己應用的標簽帶來了困難。RFID基準測試就是在實際部署RFID系統前對RFID標簽的性能進行科學評估的有效手段。然而為了在常規實驗室條件下得到準確公正的測試結果,需要對基準測試的性能指標及測試方法學開展進一步的研究。本文正是研究符合EPC Class1 Gen2標準的RFID標簽基準測試。 本文首先分析了當前廣泛應用的超高頻無源RFID標簽基準測試性能指標與測試方法上的局限性與不足之處。例如,在真實的應用環境中,由于受到各種環境因素的影響,對同一品牌型號的標簽,很難得到一致的識讀距離測試結果。另外,在某些測試場景中,使用識讀速率作為測試指標,所得到的測試結果數值非常接近,以致分辨度不足以區分不同品牌型號標簽的性能差異。在這些分析基礎上,本文把路徑損耗引入了RFID基準測試,通過有限點的測量與數據擬合分別得到不同類型標簽的路徑損耗方程,結合讀寫器天線的輻射方向圖,進一步得到各種標簽受限于讀寫器接收靈敏度的覆蓋區域。無源標簽由于其被動式能量獲取方式,其實際工作區域仍然受限于前向鏈路。本文通過實驗測試出這些標簽的最小激活功率后,得出了各種標簽在一定讀寫器發射功率下的激活區域。完成這些步驟后,根據這兩種區域的交集可以確定標簽的工作區域,從而進行標簽間的比較并達到基準測試的目的,并能找出限制標簽工作范圍的瓶頸。 本文最后從功率損耗的角度研究了標簽之間的相互干擾,為用戶在密集部署RFID標簽的場景中設置標簽之間的最小間隔距離具有重要的參考意義。

UHF(Ultra High Frequency,超高頻)RFID(Radio Frequency Identification,射頻身份識別)技術是近幾年剛剛開始興起并得到迅速推廣應用的一門新技術。該技術已被廣泛應用于工業自動化、商業自動化、交通運輸控制管理等眾多領域。但是,基于超高頻頻段讀寫器的研制在我國尚處于起步階段,傳統的超高頻讀寫器都是在單片機的基礎上實現的,這類讀寫器很難實現復雜的多任務功能;隨著經濟的飛速發展,能夠與網絡互聯并且帶有操作系統的超高頻讀寫器越來越受人們的青睞與追求。針對這些問題,本文設計并實現了一種基于ARMS3C2410微處理器和Linux操作系統的超高頻讀寫器,主要內容有: (1)分析了射頻識別技術的發展歷程和前景,以嵌入式技術為研究背景,結合軟硬件開發平臺,給出了一種基于ARM和Linux的超高頻讀寫器設計思路,指出了選題研究的目的和意義。 (2)闡述了超高頻讀寫器的原理及其應用,分析了讀寫器和標簽之間進行數據傳輸時所用到的相關技術;在給出超高頻讀寫器主要技術性能指標及功能要求的基礎上給出了基于ARMS3C2410和Linux超高頻讀寫器系統的總體設計,同時對系統構建過程中所用到的軟硬件進行了器件選型。 (3)實現了超高頻讀寫器系統硬件電路的模塊設計,主要包括主控電路模塊、存儲電路模塊、電源模塊、以太網模塊、液晶顯示模塊以及射頻收發模塊;闡述了各模塊的組成原理與實現方法,完成了硬件電路的原理圖繪制及PCB制板。 (4)根據系統的軟件需求,構建了一個進行嵌入式開發所需的軟件平臺。建立了交叉編譯環境以及NFS開發調試環境;移植了系統啟動所需的引導程序bootloader;實現了嵌入式Linux操作系統內核、文件系統的配置與移植;給出了Linux系統下典型設備(觸摸屏、網絡接口、LCD)驅動程序的移植方法。 (5)結合實驗測試環境,對超高頻讀寫器輸出功率,讀寫器發送命令以及標簽應答波形進行了測試與分析;對讀寫器的整機性能進行了聯機測試,給出了讀寫器系統的實際運行效果圖,同時對測試結果進行了總結。 實際應用結果表明,基于ARMS3C2410微處理器和Linux操作系統的超高頻讀寫器能夠實現接入網絡的功能,其讀寫速度、識別率以及識別距離等技術性能指標均達到或優于設計標準要求,該讀寫器在與PC機連接的情況下能進行數據處理,樣機系統運行穩定可靠,達到了預期的設計目標。

Abstract: This application note describes how sampling clock jitter (time interval error or "TIE jitter") affectsthe performance of delta-sigma digital-to-analog converters (DACs). New insights explain the importanceof separately specifying low-frequency (< 2x passband frequency) and high-frequency or wideband (> 2xpassband frequency) jitter tolerance in these devices. The article also provides an application example ofa simple highly jittered cycle-skipped sampling clock and describes a method for generating a properbroadband jittered clock. The document then goes on to compare Maxim's audio DAC jitter tolerance tocompetitor audio DACs. Maxim's exceptionally high jitter tolerance allows very simple and low-cost sampleclock implementations.

為解決輸油管道溫度壓力參數實時監測的問題,設計了以C8051F930單片機作為控制核心的超低功耗輸油管道溫度壓力遠程監測系統。現場儀表使用高精度電橋采集數據,通過433 MHz短距離無線通信網絡與遠程終端RTU進行通信,RTU通過GPRS網絡與PC上位機進行遠程數據傳輸,在上位機中實現數據存儲和圖形化界面顯示,從而實現輸油管道溫度壓力參數的實時監測和異常報警。經實驗證明,該系統的12位數據采集精度滿足設計要求,漏碼率小于1%,正常工作時間超過5個月,能實時有效地監測輸油管道的溫度壓力參數,節省大量人工成本,有效預防管道參數異常造成的經濟損失和環境污染。 Abstract: In order to solve the problems on real-time monitoring of pipeline temperature and pressure parameters, the ultra-low power remote pipeline temperature and pressure monitoring system was designed by using the single chip processor C8051F930 as the control core. The high-precision electric bridge was used in field instruments for data collection, the 433MHz short-range wireless communication network was used to make communication between field instrument and RTU, the GPRS was used by the RTU to transmit data to the PC host computer, and the data was stored and displayed in the PC host computer, so the real-time monitoring and exception alerts of pipeline temperature and pressure parameters were achieved. The experiment proves that the system of which error rate is less than 1% over five months working with the 12-bit data acquisition accuracy can effectively monitor the pipeline temperature and pressure parameters in real time, it saves a lot of labor costs and effectively prevents environmental pollution and economic losses caused by abnormal channel parameters.

為了在工業生產及過程控制中準確測量溫度,設計了一種基于低功耗MSP430單片機的數字溫度計。整個系統通過單片機MSP430F1121A控制DS18B20讀取溫度,采用數碼管顯示,溫度傳感器DS18B20與單片機之間通過串口進行數據傳輸。MSP430系列單片機具有超低功耗,且外圍的整合性高,DS18B20只需一個端口即可實現數據通信,連接方便。通過多次實驗證明,該系統的測試結果與實際環境溫度一致,除了具有接口電路簡單、測量精度高、誤差小、可靠性高等特點外,其低成本、低功耗的特點使其擁有更廣闊的應用前景。 Abstract: In order to obtain accurate measuring temperature in industrial production and process control, a digital thermometer based on MSP430 MCU is designed. The system uses MSP430F1121A MCU to control DS18B20, and gets the temperature data, which is displayed on the LED. The temperature sensor DS18B20 and MCU transmit data through serial communication. MSP430 series has ultra-low power and high integration, DS18B20 only needs one port to achieve data communication. Through many experimental results prove, this system is consistent with actual environment temperature. The system has characteristics of interface circuit simple, high measuring accuracy, minor error, high reliability, besides, the characteristics of low cost and low power make it having vaster application prospect.
