通用串行總線(USB)是一種新興的計算機外圍串行通信接口標準，與常用的計算機接口(如串口、并口等)相比，通用串行總線(universal Serial Bus，USB)具有熱插拔、即插即用、數(shù)據(jù)傳輸可靠、擴展方便、低成本等優(yōu)點。從問世以來，它得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用，一方面已成為當前計算機必備的接口之一，同時也被廣泛地應(yīng)用于嵌入式系統(tǒng)設(shè)計中。 從1994年USB 0．7出現(xiàn)開始，USB實施者論壇(Implementation Forum)先后定義了USB 0．8、0．9、1．0、1．1、2．0以及USB OTG等規(guī)范，以及各種不同的設(shè)備類規(guī)范。其中USB1．1規(guī)范目前正逐步廣泛應(yīng)用，而USB2．0和USBOTG作為USB協(xié)議的更新和擴展，也將使USB占領(lǐng)更廣的外設(shè)

在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)和科學技術(shù)研究的各行業(yè)中，常常利用PC或工控機對各種數(shù)據(jù)進行采集。這其中有很多地方需要對各種數(shù)據(jù)進行采集，如液位、溫度、壓力、頻率等。現(xiàn)在常用的采集方式是通過數(shù)據(jù)采集板卡，常用的有A/D卡以及422、485等總線板卡。采用板卡不僅安裝麻煩、易受機箱內(nèi)環(huán)境的干擾，而且由于受計算機插槽數(shù)量和地址、中斷資源的限制，不可能掛接很多設(shè)備。而通用串行總線（universal Aerial Bus，簡稱USB）的出現(xiàn)，很好地解決了以上這些沖突，很容易就能實現(xiàn)低成本、高可靠性、多點的數(shù)據(jù)采集。

本人編寫的incremental 隨機神經(jīng)元網(wǎng)絡(luò)算法，該算法最大的特點是可以保證approximation特性，而且速度快效果不錯，可以作為學術(shù)上的比較和分析。目前只適合benchmark的regression問題。 具體效果可參考 G.-B. Huang, L. Chen and C.-K. After the successful global introduction during the past decade of the second generation (2G) digital mobile communications systems, it seems that the third generation (3G) universal Mobile Communication System (UMTS) has finally taken off, at least in some regions. The plethora of new services that are expected to be offered by this system requires the development of new paradigms in the way scarce radio resources should be managed. The Quality of Service (QoS) concept, which introduces in a natural way the service differentiation and the possibility of adapting the resource consumption to the specific service requirements, will open the door for the provision of advanced wireless services to the mass market.
