PW6566 系列是使用 CMOS 技術(shù)開發(fā)的低壓差，高精度 輸出電壓，低消耗電流正電壓型電壓穩(wěn)壓器。由于內(nèi)置有低通態(tài)電阻晶體管，因而壓差低，能夠獲得較大的輸出電流。為了使負(fù)載電流不超過輸出晶體管的電流容量，內(nèi)置了過載電流保護(hù)電路、短路保護(hù)電路。PW6566 系列采用 SOT-23-3L 小型封裝
