Abstract: Using a wafer-level package (WLP) can reduce the overall size and cost of your solution.However when using a WLP IC, the printed circuit board (PCB) layout can become more complex and, ifnot carefully planned, result in an unreliable design. This article presents some PCB designconsiderations and general recommendations for choosing a 0.4mm- or 0.5mm-pitch WLP for yourapplication.

（一） 布局設(shè)計(jì)原則 1． 距板邊距離應(yīng)大于5mm。 2． 先放置與結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系密切的元件，如接插件、開關(guān)、電源插座等。 3． 優(yōu)先擺放電路功能塊的核心元件及體積較大的元器件，再以核心元件為 中心擺放周圍電路元器件。 4． 功率大的元件擺放在利于散熱的位置上，如采用風(fēng)扇散熱，放在空氣的 主流通道上；若采用傳導(dǎo)散熱，應(yīng)放在靠近機(jī)箱導(dǎo)槽的位置。 5． 質(zhì)量較大的元器件應(yīng)避免放在板的中心，應(yīng)靠近板在機(jī)箱中的固定邊放 置。
