    Digitemp Junior – An RS-232 Port-Powered Digital Thermometer Digitemp Jr. is a device that is designed to measure and report ambient temperature. When connected to an RS-232 port on any PC, it will periodically measure and report in ASCII form the ambient temperature in degrees Celsius. These temperature readings can be monitored with any terminal program. If the terminal program supports capture to disk, the temperature readings can be saved to disk for further analysis with a spreadsheet program or other data analysis tool. The simple ASCII output format of Digitemp Jr. makes it rel- atively easy to write custom software for receiving, recording, and analyzing ambient temperature data. Best of all, Digitemp Jr. requires no external power sup- plies or batteries. It is powered directly by the RS-232 port.

  • 通用1553B總線的信息監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)

    在航電系統(tǒng)維護(hù)過程中,為解決定位故障的效率和降低維修成本等問題,提出了基于ICD(Interface Control Document,接口控制文件)的1553B總線的信息監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)模型。該系統(tǒng)運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)采集卡對(duì)總線中傳輸?shù)男盘?hào)有無失真、偏差等電氣特性進(jìn)行檢測(cè),并使用1553B通訊卡通過測(cè)控軟件LabWindows/CVI編程與ICD數(shù)據(jù)庫的動(dòng)態(tài)鏈接,實(shí)現(xiàn)總線信息的解析和故障的判斷。與傳統(tǒng)的維護(hù)過程相比,這種模型能夠從信號(hào)的電氣特性以及信息的解析等全方位的去檢測(cè)判斷故障的來源,并且能夠廣泛在其他1553B總線系統(tǒng)內(nèi)擴(kuò)展應(yīng)用。驗(yàn)證表明該監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)可以對(duì)總線信息進(jìn)行快速有效地監(jiān)測(cè)分析,能滿足應(yīng)用需求。 Abstract:  In the process of avionics system maintenance, to solve the problems such as improving the efficiency of fast orientation to troubles and reducing maintenance cost, system of 1553B bus information monitor model based on ICD was proposed. The system observed whether the data which transmitted on the bus appear distortion and deviation by using data acquisition card. And using 1553B communication card programming of the measure software LabWindows/CVI and the dynamic linking of ICD database, message analysis and fault estimation could be realized. Compared with traditional maintenance, this model can all-dimensionally detect and analyze the source of faults from both electrical characteristics of the signal and message analysis, and it can be widely applied in the other 1553B system. Experiment shown that this monitor system can effectively detect and analyze the bus message and can meet the application requirements.

  • 基于單總線式無線溫度采集系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

    為提高溫度測(cè)量效率,降低系統(tǒng)的成本,擴(kuò)展傳輸距離,設(shè)計(jì)出一種新型溫度采集系統(tǒng)。單片機(jī)通過控制具有單總線方式的溫度傳感器DS18B20實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)溫度的測(cè)量,同時(shí)單片機(jī)通過控制具有單總線方式300~450MHz頻率范圍內(nèi)的MAX7044與MAX7033無線發(fā)射與接收芯片實(shí)現(xiàn)溫度數(shù)據(jù)的無線傳輸。與傳統(tǒng)溫度采集系統(tǒng)相比,該系統(tǒng)利用單總線方式連接,采用無線傳輸方式實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)距離通信,易于系統(tǒng)的集成與擴(kuò)展。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、方便移植,能夠同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)多達(dá)上百點(diǎn)溫度的測(cè)量與500m范圍的傳輸。 Abstract:  To improve the temperature measurement efficiency and reduce system cost,expansion of transmission distance,a new type of temperature acquisition system is designed.Microcontroller controlled temperature sensor DS18B20which has a single-bus achieves temperature measurement,while microcontroller by controlled the MAX7044and MAX7033chip with a single-bus and having300~450MHz radiofrequency to achieve the wireless transmission of temperature data.Compared with conventional temperature acquisition system,the system uses single-bus connected,and uses wireless transmission means to achieve long-distance communications,easy-to-system integration and expansion.The experimental results show that the system is simple,convenient transplantation,and can be implemented in as many as a hundred-point temperature measure-ment and the transmission range of500meters.

The signal processing software programmed with LabWindows/CVI can be used successfully to fulfill inspection of signal and display of the waveform and data. The hardware and software configuration of test instrument are provided.The hardware of the system is simple, and can be easily realized.The stability and precision of the measurement instrument are enough to meet the requirements.

By programming the MCU with the language C51,MCU control data communication between the MCU and RS-232(RS-232 level),RS-232(TTL level),RS-422 port; Using C++ Builder as the development plane, by one RS232 port, the upper PC can control each of the communication port of the adapter.

    The PCF8578 is a low power CMOS1 LCD row and column driver, designed to drive dotmatrix graphic displays at multiplex rates of 1:8, 1:16, 1:24 or 1:32. The device has40 outputs, of which 24 are programmable and configurable for the following ratios ofrows/columns: 32¤8, 24¤16, 16¤24 or 8¤32. The PCF8578 can function as a stand-alone LCDcontroller and driver for use in small systems. For larger systems it can be used inconjunction with up to 32 PCF8579s for which it has been optimized. Together these twodevices form a general purpose LCD dot matrix driver chip set, capable of driving displaysof up to 40960 dots. The PCF8578 is compatible with most microcontrollers andcommunicates via a two-line bidirectional bus (I2C-bus). Communication overhead isminimized by a display RAM with auto-incremented addressing and display bankswitching.
