The rapid growth of the Web in the past two decades has made it the larg-
est publicly accessible data source in the world. Web mining aims to dis-
cover useful information or knowledge from Web hyperlinks, page con-
tents, and usage logs. Based on the primary kinds of data used in the
mining process, Web mining tasks can be categorized into three main
types: Web structure mining, Web Content mining and Web usage mining.

The surge of mobile data traffic forces network
operators to cope with capacity shortage. The deployment of
small cells in 5G networks is meant to reduce latency, backhaul
traffic and increase radio access capacity. In this context, mobile
edge computing technology will be used to manage dedicated
cache space in the radio access network. Thus, mobile network
operators will be able to provision OTT Content providers with
new caching services to enhance the quality of experience of their
customers on the move.

using its affordances to explore meaning is lost. Rather than seeing media only as
an access point, we can view it as a way to enhance the expressiveness of Content.
Today blogs, wikis, messaging, mash-ups, and social media (Facebook, Twitter,
YouTube and others) offer authors ways to create narrative meaning that refl ects
our new media culture. We can look to the past for similarities and parallels to
better understand how to use social media as a creative tool with which to

Mass multimedia* services have been for a long time expected to generate a large
amount of data traffic in future wireless networks [1]. Mass multimedia services
are, by definition, purposed for many people. In general, it can be distinguished

tion of location-dependent information in highly populated areas. Representative

The serious study of the practice of how to determine the appropriate Content of a
specification is a seldom-appreciated pastime. Those who have the responsibility to
design a product would prefer a greater degree of freedom than permitted by the con-
tent of a specification. Many of those who would manage those who would design
a product would prefer to allocate all of the project funding and schedule to what
they consider more productive labor. These are the attitudes, of course, that doom a
project to defeat but they are hard to counter no matter how many times repeated by
design engineers and managers. A system engineer who has survived a few of these
experiences over a long career may retire and forget the past but we have an endur-
ing obligation to work toward changing these attitudes while trying to offer younger
system engineers a pathway toward a more sure success in requirements analysis and
specification publishing.
