  • NXP P89LPC901單片機汽車起動保護控制器設(shè)計

    在汽車發(fā)動機起動時,若發(fā)動機起動后起動機不能及時斷電,將會燒毀起動機或損壞飛輪齒環(huán);若變速器不在空檔位置起動,則起動機的瞬間動力將使汽車位移,還可能引起交通事故和人身安全。為此介紹一種利用NXP P89LPC901單片機控制的汽車起動保護控制器,通過檢測汽車起動開關(guān)、變速箱檔位、發(fā)動機轉(zhuǎn)速,實現(xiàn)對汽車發(fā)動機起動過程檢測和保護。起動保護控制器在發(fā)動機起動過程中通過采用逐個關(guān)閉打開負(fù)載系統(tǒng),解決汽車發(fā)動機過程中因起動電流大而對汽車電源的沖擊影響,延長了電瓶壽命。 Abstract:  When the automotive engine is started, the engine start motor and flywheel gear may be damaged, even traffic accidents and personal safeties may be caused by wrong operation or other factors.In order to ensure the automotive engine can be started normally and safely,it is necessary that the protecting measures and methods are considered in the automotive electrical control system.This paper introduces a kind of the automotive engine starting protect ControlLER based on NXP P89LPC901 MCU.The ControlLER can protect the engine starting process by detecting the starter key switch,transmission stall and engine speed.Through the use of close and open load system,the ControlLER can solve the impact on automotive power because of the high-current load in the process of the automobile engine starting, and extend battery life.

    針對眾多低成本數(shù)據(jù)采集需求,采用帶有片上USB控制器和D/A轉(zhuǎn)換器的混合信號微處理器C8051F340,設(shè)計了一款可通過USB接口和LabVIEW圖形用戶界面實現(xiàn)與PC機聯(lián)機的數(shù)據(jù)采集器,同時借助系統(tǒng)的SD卡存儲獨立實現(xiàn)現(xiàn)場長時間采集數(shù)據(jù)。該數(shù)據(jù)采集器成本低,結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,體積小,已成功用于工業(yè)現(xiàn)場。 Abstract:  Aiming at the need of low cost data acquisition, a data acquisition device is designed based on C8051F340 which is a mixed-signal microControlLER and integrates USB ControlLER and A/D ControlLER on a chip.The data acquisition device which can combine with PC by USB interface and LabVIEW graphical user interface,can realize data acquisition. At the same time,it can be solely run a long time in virtue of SD card in field.The date aequisition device features low cost,simple structure and little sharp, and it has been used in industry field.

  • 基于UC3854A控制的PFC中分岔現(xiàn)象仿真研究

       為深入了解基于UC3854A控制的PFC變換器中的動力學(xué)特性,研究系統(tǒng)參數(shù)變化對變換器中分岔現(xiàn)象的影響,在建立Boost PFC變換器雙閉環(huán)數(shù)學(xué)模型的基礎(chǔ)上,用Matlab軟件對變換器中慢時標(biāo)分岔及混沌等不穩(wěn)定現(xiàn)象進行了仿真。在對PFC變換器中慢時標(biāo)分岔現(xiàn)象仿真的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了系統(tǒng)參數(shù)變化對分岔點的影響,并進行了仿真驗證。仿真結(jié)果清晰地顯示了輸入整流電壓的幅值變化對系統(tǒng)分岔點的影響。 Abstract:  In order to better understand the dynamics characteristic of power factor correction converter based on UC3854A, and make the way that parameters change influences the bifurcation phenomena of the system clearly. The math model of the two closed loop circuits to the Boost PFC (Power Factor Correction) converter ControlLER was built. Then, with the help of Matlab, the simulation for nonlinear phenomena such as chaos and slow-scale bifurcation in the PFC converter was made. Finally the factors that have influence to the phenomenon of bifurcation under slow-scale in PFC converter were analyzed. The simulation results clearly show the parameters change influences the bifurcation point of the system.

  • LS7266R1在電子式萬能材料試驗機中的應(yīng)用

    針對材料試驗機等設(shè)備中要求測量或控制材料拉伸或壓縮的位移,一般采用光電軸角編碼器檢測位置信號,輸出正交編碼脈沖信號。若采用其他方法檢測位置信號,必然導(dǎo)致電路設(shè)計復(fù)雜,可靠性降低。因此,提出一種基于LS7266R1的電子式萬能材料試驗機設(shè)計方案。給出了試驗機中的控制器工作原理,LS7266R1與單片機的接口硬件設(shè)計,以及主程序軟件流程圖。巧妙地把力量傳感器,位移傳感器等機械運動狀態(tài)的壓力或拉力以及位置坐標(biāo),變成了電壓信號和電脈沖數(shù)字信號,供A/D測量和LS7266R1計數(shù),從而實現(xiàn)了獨立完成材料試驗控制或通過PC機串口命令完成材料試驗控制。 Abstract:  Aiming at the requirement that the displacement of the tension and compression always be tested and controlled in the equipement such as material testing machine. The position signal was tested by photoelectric axial angle coder. Therefore, the paper proposes the design of electronic universal testing machine design based on LS7266R1. If the position signal detected by other methods, will inevitably lead to the circuit design complexity, reliability decreased. The work theory of the ControlLER, the hardware interface design between LS7266R1 and single chip, and the flow chart of main program, are presented in this paper. The signal of the compression or tension power and displacement at working, which tested by power sensor and displacement sensor especially, is changed into electric voltage and electric pulse numerical signals. And these signals can be tested by A/D and counted by LS7266R1. Finally the test of the material properties can be controlled by itself, or controlled by the COM command of PC.

    利用Atmel公司的ATmega168微處理器,采用A/D轉(zhuǎn)換方式來實現(xiàn)按摩椅控制器的鍵盤接口,通過在硬件電路中巧妙地選擇電阻,在軟件設(shè)計中采用數(shù)字濾波、二分法和區(qū)間鑒定等方法,靈敏可靠地實現(xiàn)了按摩椅中30個按鍵的處理。給出了硬件電路設(shè)計和軟件設(shè)計思想以及部分匯編代碼。 Abstract:  This paper chooses A/D conversion method to realize the keyboard interface of the ControlLER by using ATmega168 microchip from Atmel Company.It accomplishes 30-key dealing sensitively and reliably in massage chair through skillfully selecting resistors in hardware circuit and using digital filter,dichotomy and area-judging method in software design.The hardware design circuit, software design idea and partly assembles code are presented mainly.

  • 基于C8051F系列單片機的無線收發(fā)電路設(shè)計

    基于幅移鍵控技術(shù)ASK(Amplitude-Shift Keying),以C8051F340單片機作為監(jiān)測終端控制器,C8051F330D單片機作為探測節(jié)點控制器,采用半雙工的通信方式,通過監(jiān)控終端和探測節(jié)點的無線收發(fā)電路,實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的雙向無線傳輸。收發(fā)電路采用直徑為0.8 mm的漆包線自行繞制成圓形空心線圈天線,天線直徑為(3.4±0.3)cm。試驗表明,探測節(jié)點與監(jiān)測終端的通信距離為24 cm,通過橋接方式,節(jié)點收發(fā)功率為102 mW時,節(jié)點間的通信距離可達20 cm。與傳統(tǒng)無線收發(fā)模塊相比,該無線收發(fā)電路在受體積、功耗、成本限制的場合有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。 Abstract:  Based on ASK technology and with the C8051F340 and C8051F330D MCU as the ControlLER, using half-duplex communication mode, this paper achieves bi-directional data transfer. Transceiver circuit constituted by enameled wire which diameter is 0.8mm and wound into a diameter (3.4±0.3) cm circular hollow coil antenna. Tests show that the communication distance between detection and monitoring of the terminal is 24cm,the distance is up to 20cm between two nodes when using the manner of bridging and the node transceiver power is 102mW. Compared with the conventional wireless transceiver modules, the circuit has wide application prospect in small size, low cost and low power consumption and other characteristics.

    The PCF8578 is a low power CMOS1 LCD row and column driver, designed to drive dotmatrix graphic displays at multiplex rates of 1:8, 1:16, 1:24 or 1:32. The device has40 outputs, of which 24 are programmable and configurable for the following ratios ofrows/columns: 32¤8, 24¤16, 16¤24 or 8¤32. The PCF8578 can function as a stand-alone LCDControlLER and driver for use in small systems. For larger systems it can be used inconjunction with up to 32 PCF8579s for which it has been optimized. Together these twodevices form a general purpose LCD dot matrix driver chip set, capable of driving displaysof up to 40960 dots. The PCF8578 is compatible with most microControlLERs andcommunicates via a two-line bidirectional bus (I2C-bus). Communication overhead isminimized by a display RAM with auto-incremented addressing and display bankswitching.
