Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) are becoming a critical part of every system design. Many vendors offer many different architectures and processes. Which one is right for your design? How do you design one of these so that it works correctly and Functions as you expect in your entire system? These are the questions that this paper sets out to answer.
針對傳統集成電路（ASIC）功能固定、升級困難等缺點，利用FPGA實現了擴頻通信芯片STEL-2000A的核心功能。使用ISE提供的DDS IP核實現NCO模塊，在下變頻模塊調用了硬核乘法器并引入CIC濾波器進行低通濾波，給出了DQPSK解調的原理和實現方法，推導出一種簡便的引入?仔/4固定相移的實現方法。采用模塊化的設計方法使用VHDL語言編寫出源程序，在Virtex-II Pro 開發板上成功實現了整個系統。測試結果表明該系統正確實現了STEL-2000A的核心功能。
Abstract:
To overcome drawbacks of ASIC such as fixed functionality and upgrade difficulty, FPGA was used to realize the core Functions of STEL-2000A. This paper used the DDS IP core provided by ISE to realize the NCO module, called hard core multiplier and implemented CIC filter in the down converter, described the principle and implementation detail of the demodulation of DQPSK, and derived a simple method to introduce a fixed phase shift of ?仔/4. The VHDL source code was designed by modularity method , and the complete system was successfully implemented on Virtex-II Pro development board. Test results indicate that this system successfully realize the core function of the STEL-2000A.

基于通用集成運算放大器，利用MASON公式設計了一個多功能二階通用濾波器，能同時或分別實現低通、高通和帶通濾波，也能設計成一個正交振蕩器。電路的極點頻率和品質因數能夠獨立、精確地調節。電路使用4個集成運放、2個電容和11個電阻，所有集成運放的反相端虛地。利用計算機仿真電路的通用濾波功能、極點頻率和品質因數的獨立控制和正交正弦振蕩，從而證明該濾波器正確有效。
Abstract:
A new multifunctional second-order filter based on OPs was presented by MASON formula. Functions， such as high-pass， band-pass， low-pass filtering， can be realized respectively and simultaneously， and can become a quadrature oscillator by modifying resistance ratio. Its pole angular frequency and quality factor can be tuned accurately and independently. The circuit presented contains four OPs， two capacitors， and eleven resistances， and inverting input of all OPs is virtual ground. Its general filtering， the independent control of pole frequency and quality factor and quadrature sinusoidal oscillation were simulated by computer， and the result shows that the presented circuit is valid and effective.

JILRuntime A general purpose, register based virtual machine (VM) that supports object-oriented features, reference counting (auto destruction of data as soon as it is no longer used, no garbage collection), exceptions (handled in C/C++ or virtual machine code) and other debugging features. Objects and Functions can be written in virtual machine code, as well as in C or C++, or any other language that can interface to C object code. The VM is written for maximum performance and thus is probably not suitable for embedded systems where a small memory footprint is required. Possible uses of the VM are in game development, scientific research, or to provide a stand-alone, general purpose programming environment.
