In today’s world of modular networking and telecommunications design, it is becomingincreasingly difficult to keep alignment with the many different and often changing interfaces,both inter-board and Intra-board. Each manufacturer has their own spin on the way in whichdevices are connected. To satisfy the needs of our customers, we must be able to support alltheir interface requirements. For us to be able to make products for many customers, we mustadopt a modular approach to the design. This modularity is the one issue that drives the majorproblem of shifting our bits from one modular interface to another.

The Joint Video Team (JVT) of ISO/IEC MPEG and ITU-T VCEG are finalising a new standard for the coding (compression) of natural video images. The new standard [1,2] will be known as H.264 and also MPEG-4 Part 10, “Advanced Video Coding”. This document describes the methods of predicting Intra-coded macroblocks in an H.264 CODEC.

The last step in training phase is refinement of the clusters found above. Although DynamicClustering counters all the basic k-means disadvantages, setting the Intra-cluster similarity r may require experimentation. Also, a cluster may have a lot in common with another, i.e., sequences assigned to it are as close to it as they are to another cluster. There may also be denser sub-clusters within the larger ones.

The task of clustering Web sessions is to group Web sessions based on similarity and consists of maximizing the Intra- group similarity while minimizing the inter-group similarity． The first and foremost question needed to be considered in clustering W b sessions is how to measure the similarity between Web sessions．However．there are many shortcomings in traditiona1 measurements．This paper introduces a new method for measuring similarities between Web pages that takes into account not only the URL but also the viewing time of the visited web page．Yhen we give a new method to measure the similarity of Web sessions using sequence alignment and the similarity of W eb page access in detail Experiments have proved that our method is valid and e幣cient．

In this paper we present a classifier called bi-density twin support vector machines (BDTWSVMs) for data classification. In the training stage, BDTWSVMs first compute the relative density degrees for all training points using the Intra-class graph whose weights are determined by a local scaling heuristic strategy, then optimize a pair of nonparallel hyperplanes through two smaller sized support vector machine (SVM)-typed problems. In the prediction stage, BDTWSVMs assign to the class label depending on the kernel density degree-based distances from each test point to the two hyperplanes. BDTWSVMs not only inherit good properties from twin support vector machines (TWSVMs) but also give good description for data points. The experimental results on toy as well as publicly available datasets indicate that BDTWSVMs compare favorably with classical SVMs and TWSVMs in terms of generalization
