數字信號處理器dsPIC33F集多通道高精度A/D轉換、多通訊模式、看門狗、CMOS Flash技術等于一體，其內部可完成所有數據操作，實現總線不出芯片技術。將該處理器應用于微機保護裝置，提出基于dsPIC33F微處理器的微機保護裝置的設計方案，給出相應的接口電路與軟件流程。該設計方案結構簡單，性價比及可靠性高，開發周期短，具有一定的實用推廣價值。所研制的微機保護裝置現場運行效果良好。
Abstract:
The dsPIC33F microprocessor has a plentiful interior resource which contains multi-channel，high precision A/D converters，multi-communication module，watchdog，CMOS Flash technology，and so on.All data manipulations is accomplished interiorly.What is more，it makes the technology that bus does not go beyond the chip comes into practice.The paper put forwards a design scheme based on dsPIC33F microprocessor.The scheme has the advantages of simple structure，high reliability and shortened exploitation cycle.What is more，it has definite practicality and reference.The microcomputer protection device has been put into operation with excellent effects.
介紹了當前普通標記機控制系統現狀及其存在缺點，給出氣動標記機及相頻修正PWM模式的工作原理。采用ATmega16單片機和USB轉換RS232接口器件CH341T實現驅動控制系統與PC的實時通訊，標記控制系統可升級到USB接口。采用基于ATmega16的相頻修正PWM替換555振蕩電路產生的PWM，可直接通過軟件調整PWM信號。使用達林頓三極管TIP122替代直流繼電器驅動高頻電磁閥，使得電磁閥驅動電路簡單，成本低廉。該控制系統已成功應用于氣動標記機。
Abstract:
In this paper,the actuality and demerit of the common gas marking machine control systems are described.The operation principle of the gas marking machine and the phase and frequency correct PWM of ATmega16is introduced.The real-time communication between the driving control system and PC by CH341T which its function is translated USB to RS232is realized,the control systems is updated grade to USB interface.The PWM signal can be adjustable by software for the555surge circuit was substituted by the phase and frequency.The high frequency electromagnetic value’s driving circuit by DC relay is replaced by TIP122,therefore,the circuit is become simple and the cost cheap.The control systems has been widely used in gas marking machine.

在汽車發動機起動時，若發動機起動后起動機不能及時斷電，將會燒毀起動機或損壞飛輪齒環；若變速器不在空檔位置起動，則起動機的瞬間動力將使汽車位移，還可能引起交通事故和人身安全。為此介紹一種利用NXP P89LPC901單片機控制的汽車起動保護控制器，通過檢測汽車起動開關、變速箱檔位、發動機轉速，實現對汽車發動機起動過程檢測和保護。起動保護控制器在發動機起動過程中通過采用逐個關閉打開負載系統，解決汽車發動機過程中因起動電流大而對汽車電源的沖擊影響,延長了電瓶壽命。

When the automotive engine is started, the engine start motor and flywheel gear may be damaged， even traffic accidents and personal safeties may be caused by wrong operation or other factors.In order to ensure the automotive engine can be started normally and safely,it is necessary that the protecting measures and methods are considered in the automotive electrical control system.This paper introduces a kind of the automotive engine starting protect controller based on NXP P89LPC901 MCU.The controller can protect the engine starting process by detecting the starter key switch,transmission stall and engine speed.Through the use of close and open load system,the controller can solve the impact on automotive power because of the high-current load in the process of the automobile engine starting, and extend battery life.

The characters of the intelligent battery data logging system of the electric operation power are introduced.The basic design principle and the implemented methods of the special equipment which only designed for the middle or small transformer substation based on MSP430F149 are prescribed. Finally, the hardware block diagram and the software flow chart are also given. The function that the system finally needs to realize can basically meet with the middle or small transformer substation’s satisfy, reliably,and automatic running.And it can also realize the transformer substation long-distance management and control by serial communicating with the host computer.
為降低成本和解決現有膜片鉗放大器系統中PC機的干擾問題，研究了一種基于單片機的膜片鉗放大器小系統。該系統采用ADI公司生產的ADuC841作為控制核心，并且配置相應的液晶顯示模塊LCM3202401。模擬電路部分采用高輸入阻抗的AD8627實現微電流信號的采集，并由后級電路進行信號的放大和電阻電容的補償。它具有硬件電路簡單、體積小、使用方便的特點。既可以單獨作為小系統實現采集和顯示，也可以通過紅外方式和PC機進行通訊，在PC機上進行信號的處理。
Abstract:
In order to reduce cost and resolve the interferential problem with PC in existing patch clamp amplifiers, a small patch clamp amplifier system design based on microcontroller is studied. It adopts a new high performance microconverter ADuC841 by the ADI as the control core in the system, configuring a liquid crystal module LCM3202401. In the analog circuit, AD8627 with high input impedance is used to detect the low current，signal magnification, as well as resistance and capacitance compensation are accomplished by subsequent circuits. It has the advantage of simple hardware circuit design, small volume and convenient operation. It can either be used as an independent system to measure and show signal detected or transmit to PC by infrared ray.
針對當前安檢力學試驗機所能完成的試驗種類單一、自動化程度低等問題，提出一種以ATmega128單片機為核心控制器的安檢力學試驗機的設計。詳細闡述了該安檢力學試驗機各個組成部分的設計原理和方案，并且給出了各部分的軟件設計思想和操作流程。經過大量測試試驗表明：設計的安檢力學試驗機可以完成多達十余種的力學安檢試驗，完全符合相關國家標準，并且具有數據采集精度高、傳輸速度快、操作安全簡便等特點，實現了安檢設備的多功能化、數字化和自動化。
Abstract:
Currently， many mechanical security testing machines have only one function. The degree of automation of them is low. To solve those problems， a new kind of mechanical security testing machine， using ATmega128 micro-controller as its core controller， has been advanced. It describes the components of the machine. The principles and the scheme in the designing processes are presented in detail， and the software architecture and the operation processes of each part are given. After having done many testing， we have reached the following conclusions: the mechanical security testing machine presented can do over ten mechanical security tests complying with related national standards. It has high data acquisition accuracy and high transmission speed. The operation of the machine is simple and safe. In general， this machine is a multi-functional， highly automatic， digitalized security testing device.
