This book is concerned with integrated circuits and systems for wireless and
mobile communications. Circuit techniques and implementation of reconfigurable
low-voltage and low-power SINGLE-CHIP CMOS transceivers for multiband and multi-
mode universal wireless communications are the focus of the book. Applications
encompass both long-range mobile cellular communications (GSM and UMTS)
and short-range wireless LANs (IEEE802.11 and Bluetooth). Recent advances in
research into transceiver architecture, RF frontend, analogue baseband, RF CAD
and automatic testing are reported.
ESD is a crucial factor for integrated circuits and influences their quality and reliability.
Today increasingly sensitive processes with deep sub micron structures are developed. The
integration of more and more functionality on a single chip and saving of chip area is
required. Integrated circuits become more susceptible to ESD/EOS related damages.
However, the requirements on ESD robustness especially for automotive applications are
increasing. ESD failures are very often the reason for redesigns. Much research has been
conducted by semiconductor manufacturers on ESD robust design.
針對(duì)嵌入式產(chǎn)品程序更新問題,提出了一種基于IAP技術(shù)的STM32單片機(jī)在線固件升級(jí)方案,設(shè)計(jì)了STM32單片機(jī)最小系統(tǒng)硬件電路和USB轉(zhuǎn)串口通信電路,并給出了Bootloader程序、APP程序、PC上機(jī)程序的實(shí)現(xiàn)流程.實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該方案具有簡單實(shí)用、穩(wěn)定性高、維護(hù)成本低和設(shè)備使用效率高的特點(diǎn),適用于嵌入式產(chǎn)品升級(jí).For the problem of updating embedded products program,an online firmware upgrade scheme of STM32 single chip microcomputer based on IAP technology is proposed.This scheme not only elaborates the principle of IAP technology in detail but also provides the design of the minimum system hardware circuit of STM32 MCU,the design of USB for serial communication circuit,and the implementation flow of Bootloader program,APP program and PC program.The experiment results show that the scheme is simple,practical and highly stable.In addition,it can be used to actual embedded product upgrading,significantly reducing maintenance costs and improving the efficiency of equipment.
本系統(tǒng)采用電動(dòng)機(jī)電樞供電回路串接采樣電阻的方式來實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)小型直流有刷電動(dòng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速測量。該系統(tǒng)主要由二階低通濾波電路,小信號(hào)放大電路、單片機(jī)測量顯示電路、開關(guān)穩(wěn)壓電源電路等組成。同時(shí)自制電機(jī)測速裝置,用高頻磁環(huán)作為載體,用線圈繞制磁環(huán),利用電磁感應(yīng)原理檢測電機(jī)運(yùn)行時(shí)的漏磁,將變化的磁場信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)化為磁環(huán)上的感應(yīng)電流。用信號(hào)處理單元電路將微弱電信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)化為脈沖信號(hào),送由單片機(jī)檢測,從而達(dá)到準(zhǔn)確測量電機(jī)的速度的要求。In this system, the sampling resistance of armature power supply circuit is connected in series to measure the speed of small DC brush motor. The system is mainly composed of second-order low-pass filter circuit, small signal amplifier circuit, SINGLE-CHIP measurement and display circuit, switching regulated power supply circuit and so on. At the same time, the self-made motor speed measuring device uses high frequency magnetic ring as the carrier, coil winding magnetic ring, and electromagnetic induction principle to detect the leakage of magnetic field during the operation of the motor, which converts the changed magnetic field signal into the induced current on the magnetic ring. The weak electric signal is transformed into pulse signal by signal processing unit circuit, which is sent to single chip computer for detection, so as to meet the requirement of accurate measurement of motor speed.
