The system realizes forward and backward by switching the gear lever. The steering wheel rotates left and right and the pause button controls the forward, reverse and pause of the dc motor. The remote controller of ship model driven by the motor realizes forward and backward, left and right steering, pause and other functions. The ship model control system can effectively solve the problems of small driving power and mutual interference between ship models, and can be widely used in the field of remote controller of ship model.

    在半導(dǎo)體制冷技術(shù)的工作性能及其優(yōu)缺點研究的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計了以單片機(jī)為核心控制元件,以TEC1-12706為執(zhí)行元件的半導(dǎo)體制冷溫度控制系統(tǒng)。采用高精度分段式PID控制算法配合PWM輸出控制的方法實現(xiàn)溫度控制;選擇數(shù)字傳感器DS18B20為溫度檢測元件,還包含1602液晶顯示模塊、按鍵調(diào)整輸入模塊和H橋驅(qū)動模塊等。實際測試表明,該系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)簡單易行,操作方便,工作性能優(yōu)良,同時針對該系統(tǒng)專門設(shè)計的溫控算法,使半導(dǎo)體制冷器能更好地適應(yīng)不同工況而充分發(fā)揮其制冷制熱工作特性。Based on the study of the performance and advantages and disadvantages of thermoelectric cooler(TEC)technology,a thermoelectric cooling temperature control system with SINGLE-CHIP microcomputer as the core control element and TEC1-12706 as the executive element was designed. High precision piecewise PID control algorithm combined with PWM output control method is adopted to realize temperature control. The digital sensor DS18B20 is selected as the temperature detection element. It also includes 1602 LCD module,key adjustment input module and H bridge drive module. The actual test shows that the system has simple structure,convenient operation and excellent performance. Meanwhile,the temperature control algorithm specially designed for the system can make the semiconductor cooler better adapt to different working conditions and give full play to its refrigeration and heating characteristics.

Now using solidworks for 3D modeling, design and manufacture a master-slave desktop-level robot arm based on stm32f103c8t6 SINGLE-CHIP microcomputer. The robot arm includes an active robot arm and a slave robot arm, which uses Bluetooth to transmit signals for synchronous motion. It amplifiesany signal through OPA548 chip, converts and amplifies the current and voltage by 100 Ω resistance and INA128 chip. The obtainedvoltage signal is sampled at the frequency of 0.488 μs by STM 32 single chip microcomputer, and the harmonic information of the signalis obtained by the FFT library of STM 32 single chip microcomputer. The measurement of current signal is accurate. This design can bewidely used in a new instrument with STM 32 single chip microcomputer as its core control device, with accurate performance and stronganti-interference capability.

The research group designed a low-cost digital oscilloscope, the chip of MSP430F5529 of TI is chosen as the main controller and the device of EP2C5T144C8 of Altera company is used as the logic control unit. Analog signal enter the programmable amplifier circuit, shaping circuit and other pre-processing circuit. The shaped rectangular wave signal is sent to FPGA for measure the frequency. According to the frequency value to select AD on-chip or off-chip high-speed AD for sampling. FPGA controls the off-chip AD sampling and buffers AD data by FIFO module. The single chip microcomputer receives the data, and do FFT for spectrum analysis. The test shows that the simple oscilloscope can realize automatic gain selection, sampling at different sampling rates, high precision frequency measurement and spectrum analysis.

    本文首次設(shè)計并驗證了基于macom三合一芯片設(shè)計的光模塊電路,該電路旨在提供一種滿足SFF-8472中規(guī)定的數(shù)字診斷功能的低成本SFP+模塊。電路采用激光器驅(qū)動、限幅放大器、控制器以及時鐘恢復(fù)單元集成的單芯片,在保證高精度數(shù)字診斷功能基礎(chǔ)上,實現(xiàn)了低成本高可靠的特點。該電路在光接收接口組件與激光器驅(qū)動和限幅放大器單元的限幅放大器部分之間接入濾波器來提高模塊的靈敏度及信號質(zhì)量。在控制器單元的數(shù)字電位器的引腳上采用外加電阻的方式避免出現(xiàn)上電不發(fā)光的故障問題。該研究結(jié)果為下一代SFP-DD光模塊設(shè)計與開發(fā)工作,奠定了一定的理論與實踐基礎(chǔ)。This paper designs and validates the optical module circuit based on the MACOM Trinity chip for the first time.This circuit aims to provide a low-cost SFP module which meets the digital diagnosis function specified in SFF-8472.The circuit uses a single chip integrated with laser driver,limiting amplifier,controller and clock recovery unit.On the basis of ensuring high precision digital diagnosis function,it achieves the characteristics of low cost and high reliability.The circuit connects a filter between the optical receiving interface module and the limiting amplifier part of the laser driver and limiting amplifier unit to improve the sensitivity and signal quality of the module.The pin of the digital potentiometer in the controller unit is equipped with an external resistance to avoid the problem of power failure.The research results lay a theoretical and practical foundation for optical module design in high-speed data center.
