      針對科研實驗中對拉壓千斤頂加載過程控制的需要,采用ATmega128單片機控制步進電機進而實現對執行系統的電動泵站實行自動控制。對力和位移的數據采集與處理及用步進電機控制電動泵站手柄的技術細節作了重點描述。通過單片機的A/D變換器對AMP放大模塊采集的電橋信號作量化處理,千斤頂的操控手柄位置依電動油泵閥門開啟的方向和大小作若干定位,單片機根據力或位移傳感器信號,實時控制步進電機驅動手柄旋轉到相應操控位置。   Abstract:   This article describes the use of ATmega128 AVR microcontroller series of DBS electric pumping stations and QF100/200 separate twoway hydraulic jack to automate the process of manipulating the work of the technical content. Articles on force and displacement data acquisition and processing, and stepper motor control electric pump with the handle of the key technical details were described.   • 基于PIC18F1320微控制器的信號采集系統

      便攜式信號采集在機器健康診斷系統中有較高的應用價值。機器健康診斷的信號特點是包括低頻信號。本文研究是為了實現簡易而且低成本的低頻便攜式信號采集。以Microchip公司單片機PIC18F1320為核心設計信號采集電路,實現了信號的采集和保存。系統采用串行電可擦除芯片24LC32A保存數據,經過有線通信,信號數據由串行口通過MAX232芯片輸送到微型計算機接收和保存,最后繪制出信號波形。 微型計算機程序采用Visual Basic編程。研究成功采樣頻率為3 kHz的復雜信號,證明該方案符合設計要求。   Abstract:   Portable signal acquisition is useful in machine health monitoring systems. The signal characteristics of machine health monitoring includes low frequency Signals. The goal of this study is to realize simple, inexpensive and portable low frequency signal sampling. This paper provides the project of signal acquisition system design based on PIC18F1320 microcontroller manufactured by the Microchip Technology Incorporation to achieve signal sampling and storage. The system adopted EEPROM 24LC32A to store the signal data. The microcomputer received data via wired link with the MAX232 IC through the serial port. The microcomputer program, programmed in Visual Basic, received the data, stored it and plotted the signal. The study successfully samples 3kHz complicated Signals and thus meets the design requirement.

  • 基于單片機的數字化B超鍵盤設計

    針對目前使用的RS232接口數字化B超鍵盤存在PC主機啟動時不能設置BIOS,提出一種PS2鍵盤的設計方法。基于W78E052D單片機,采用8通道串行A/D轉換器設計了8個TGC電位器信息采集電路,電位器位置信息以鍵盤掃描碼序列形式發送,正交編碼器信號通過XC9536XL轉換為單片機可接收的中斷信號,軟件接收到中斷信息后等效處理成按鍵。結果表明,在滿足開機可設置BIOS同時,又可實現超聲特有功能,不需要專門設計驅動程序,接口簡單,成本低。 Abstract:  Aiming at the problem of the digital ultrasonic diagnostic imaging system keyboard with RS232 interface currently used couldn?蒺t set the BIOS when the PC boot, this paper proposed a design method of PS2 keyboards. Based on W78E052D microcontroller,designed eight TGC potentiometers information acquisition circuit with 8-channel serial A/D converter, potentiometer position information sent out with keyboard scan code sequentially.The control circuit based on XC9536 CPLD is used for converting the mechanical actions of the encoders into the Signals that can be identified by the MCU, software received interrupt information and equivalently treatmented as key. The results show that the BIOS can be set to meet the boot, ultrasound specific functionality can be achieved at the same time, it does not require specially designed driver,the interface is simple and low cost.

  • 基于C8051F020和Zigbee的汽車測試系統設計

    以C8051F020為核心處理器,設計無線傳感器網絡數據采集系統。系統采用SZ05-ADV型無線通訊模塊組建Zigbee無線網絡,結合嵌入式系統的軟硬件技術,完成終端節點的8路傳感器信號的數據采集。現場8路信號通過前端處理后,分別送入C8051F020的12位A/D轉換器進行轉換。經過精確處理、存儲后的現場數據,通過Zigbee無線網絡傳送到上位機,系統可達到汽車試驗中無線測試的目的。 Abstract:  This paper designs a wireless sensor network system for data acquisition with C8051F020 as core processors.The system used SZ05-ADV wireless communication module,set up a Zigbee wireless network, combined with hardware and software technologies of embedded systems,completed the end-node 8-locale sensor signal data acquisition.Eight locale Signals were sent separately into the 12-bit ADC of C8051F020 for conversion through front treatment.After accurate processing and storage,the locale data was transmitted to the host computer through Zigbee wireless.The system achieves the purpose of wireless testing in vehicle trial.

  • 基于S3C2440A的銀行評價器的設計

    提出了一種以S3C2440A為核心處理器的銀行評價器的設計方案,并結合XILINX公司的XL95144XL型CPLD,輔助S3C2440A,實現該銀行評價器的各部分功能以及系統信號之間的相互協調。該評價器在系統設計上采用液晶屏顯示,代替了以往簡單的數碼管電路的顯示模式,在視覺上給人以全新的享受。同時,評價器增加了新的網絡供電方式,只要將評價器連接上網絡就可以正常工作,方便了客戶的使用。總之,此款銀行評價器采用了嵌入式系統的設計方案,大大豐富了系統功能,實現一個銀行評價器設計的新突破。 Abstract:  S3C2440A of SamSung company is the core component of the embedded system. A design of bank assessor based on S3C2440A was provided in this paper. It used XL95144XL combined with S3C2440A to realize all the functions and coordination with system Signals. This bank assessor used LCD to display instead of the former simple digital display and provided a new seusuous enjoment. Meanwhile,it provided a new method of network power supply,that the bank assessor could regularly work once it connected to the network,which is convenient for customers to use. In a word,this assessor takes embedded system,enriches the system’s functions and reclizes a new breakout.

  • 單片機P0口的片外數據存儲器擴展

    單片機作為一種微型計算機,其內部具有一定的存儲單元(8031除外),但由于其內部存儲單元及端口有限,很多情況下難以滿足實際需求。為此介紹一種新的擴展方法,將數據線與地址線合并使用,通過軟件控制的方法實現數據線與地址線功能的分時轉換,數據線不僅用于傳送數據信號,還可作為地址線、控制線,用于傳送地址信號和控制信號,從而實現單片機與存儲器件的有效連接。以單片機片外256KB數據存儲空間的擴展為例,通過該擴展方法,僅用10個I/O端口便可實現,與傳統的擴展方法相比,可節約8個I/O端口。 Abstract:  As a micro-computer,the SCM internal memory has a certain units(except8031),but because of its internal storage units and the ports are limited,in many cases it can not meet the actual demand.So we introduced a new extension method,the data line and address lines combined through software-controlled approach to realize the time-conversion functions of data lines and address lines,so the data lines not only transmited data Signals,but also served as address lines and control lines to transmit address Signals and control Signals,in order to achieve an effective connection of microcontroller and memory chips.Take microcontroller chip with256KB of data storage space expansion as example,through this extension method,with only10I/O ports it was achieved,compared with the traditional extension methods,this method saves8I/O ports.

    介紹了一種基于C8051F020單片機的多路壓力測量儀。該測量儀選用電阻應變式壓力傳感器采集壓力信號,并經放大電路處理后送入C8051F020單片機,再由C8051F020單片機內部的A/D轉換器將采集到的壓力信號進行模數轉化,然后分別對數據進行存儲和顯示。該測量儀能測量6路壓力信號,并且各測量點都能單獨檢測和設置。由于采用了C8051F020單片機,簡化了硬件電路,增強了抗干擾能力,使得測量儀具有測量精度高,沖擊小等特點。 Abstract:  A measurement apparatus for multi-channel pressure based on single chip microcomputer is introduced.It can measure 6 channels signal of the pressure,and the pressure measure points can be detection and located individually.The pressure signal sampling is obtained by resistor stress-type pressure sensors,the digital Signals of 6 channels are collected through amplifying and adjustment circuit of pressure Signals and internal integrated A/D converter of MCU.Finally,and it realizes the function to store and display data separately.C8051F020 was used to made hardware circuit simple,and it also enhanced the anti-interference ability.It features high precision and little impact.

  • LS7266R1在電子式萬能材料試驗機中的應用

    針對材料試驗機等設備中要求測量或控制材料拉伸或壓縮的位移,一般采用光電軸角編碼器檢測位置信號,輸出正交編碼脈沖信號。若采用其他方法檢測位置信號,必然導致電路設計復雜,可靠性降低。因此,提出一種基于LS7266R1的電子式萬能材料試驗機設計方案。給出了試驗機中的控制器工作原理,LS7266R1與單片機的接口硬件設計,以及主程序軟件流程圖。巧妙地把力量傳感器,位移傳感器等機械運動狀態的壓力或拉力以及位置坐標,變成了電壓信號和電脈沖數字信號,供A/D測量和LS7266R1計數,從而實現了獨立完成材料試驗控制或通過PC機串口命令完成材料試驗控制。 Abstract:  Aiming at the requirement that the displacement of the tension and compression always be tested and controlled in the equipement such as material testing machine. The position signal was tested by photoelectric axial angle coder. Therefore, the paper proposes the design of electronic universal testing machine design based on LS7266R1. If the position signal detected by other methods, will inevitably lead to the circuit design complexity, reliability decreased. The work theory of the controller, the hardware interface design between LS7266R1 and single chip, and the flow chart of main program, are presented in this paper. The signal of the compression or tension power and displacement at working, which tested by power sensor and displacement sensor especially, is changed into electric voltage and electric pulse numerical Signals. And these Signals can be tested by A/D and counted by LS7266R1. Finally the test of the material properties can be controlled by itself, or controlled by the COM command of PC.
