This program demonstrates how to do disconnected briefcase applications with ADO. When the Connected checkbox is unchecked the application is Switched into offline mode. If the application is exited at that point then the data is persisted to a file on disk (along with any edits to the data). When the application is restarted it will load the persisted data if present, otherwise it will fetch the data from the database.
We propose and analyze several timestamping of an MPEG-2 Transport Stream transmitted strategies for performing over a packet-Switched network using the PCR-unaware encapsulation scheme, and analyze their effect on the quality of the recovered clock at the MPEG-2 Systems decoder.

This example should be used together with ex2a-tx433.asm. One nRF9E5
evaluation board (receiver) should be programmed with the hex-file generated
from assembling this file and the other evaluation board (transmitter)
programmed with the hex-file generated from assembling ex2a-tx433.asm.
All switches on the DIP-swith S206 on the receiver must be set to the "on"
position and all switches on the DIP-swith S205 on the transmitter must be
set to the "on" position.
When one of the Switched SW1-SW4 on the transmitter is pressed the
corresponding LED on the receiver is turned on.
The functionality is the same as in ex2c-rx.c.
