鋰電池BMS管理技術(shù)是移動(dòng)機(jī)器人的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),本文設(shè)計(jì)了基于bq76PL455、STM32F103的鋰電池管理系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了電池組電壓、電流、過(guò)壓、過(guò)流等狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè);系統(tǒng)配置均衡電路,電池充電過(guò)程中若出現(xiàn)電池單體電壓不平衡現(xiàn)象,會(huì)觸發(fā)均衡電路,進(jìn)而提高電池的安全性,延長(zhǎng)使用壽命。Lithium battery BMS management technology is the key technology of mobile robot.The lithium battery management system based on bq76PL455 and STM32F103 is proposed to realize the monitoring of battery pack voltage,current,overvoltage and overcurrent.The system is equipped with equalization circuit.When the battery cell voltage imbalance occurs,the equalization circuit is triggered to improve the safety and service life of the battery.

為設(shè)計(jì)高效率、低損耗的PFC電路,本文基于UCC28019進(jìn)行電路設(shè)計(jì)。以UCC28019輸出的PWM波形來(lái)控制Boost升壓斬波為核心電路,使電路中的電容交替地充放電、電感交替的儲(chǔ)存和釋放能量,最后實(shí)現(xiàn)在輸入AC20V~24V電壓情況下穩(wěn)定輸出DC38V。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)效率為95%左右,電壓調(diào)整率小于1%,電源功率因數(shù)0.99。交流輸入電壓為19.0-25.8 V時(shí),輸出直流電壓穩(wěn)定性較好,電感無(wú)明顯嘯叫且紋波小,具有一定的帶負(fù)載能力和實(shí)用性。In order to design the PFC circuit with high efficiency and low loss,this paper designs the circuit based on UCC28019.The PWM waveform output by UCC28019 is used to control boost chopper as the core circuit,which alternately charges and discharges capacitors,stores and releases energy by inductors,and finally achieves stable output of DC38 V under the input voltage of AC20 V~24 V.The test results show that the system achieves about 95% efficiency,the voltage adjustment rate is less than 1%,the power factor is 0.99,and the AC input voltage is 19.0-25.8 V.The output DC voltage stability is good,the inductance has no obvious whistle and the ripple is small,so it has certain load capacity and practicability.

The hardware platform consists of a BLDC motor(rated speed is 60000rpm), a Buck circuit and an inverter. Under the control of DSP28035, this system can achieve the goal of adjusting the motor’s speed with voltage and the function of sensorless control based on the coordinate transformation. By making full use of resources of the core, such as CLA, analog comparator, HPWM and AD converters, the whole system can meet the requirements.1 引言高速永磁無(wú)刷直流電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)由于基波頻率較高(一般在1kHZ以上),利用逆變橋斬波進(jìn)行調(diào)速的控制方式通常會(huì)受到開(kāi)關(guān)管開(kāi)關(guān)頻率的限制,因此該系統(tǒng)多采用三相全橋前級(jí)加Buck電路進(jìn)承擔(dān)調(diào)壓調(diào)速的功能,而三相全橋主要承擔(dān)邏輯換相的功能。然而,傳統(tǒng)Buck電路所需電感的體積較大,增加了系統(tǒng)的體積,降低了系統(tǒng)的功率密度。
