320 gate line driving circuits. This chip is capable of connecting directly to an external microprocessor, and accepts Serial
Peripheral Interface (SPI), 8-bits/9-bits/16-bits/18-bits parallel interface. Display data can be stored in the on-chip display
data RAM of 240x320x18 bits. It can perform display data RAM read/write operation with no external operation clock to
minimize power consumption. In addition, because of the integrated power supply circuits necessary to drive liquid crystal,
it is possible to make a display system with the fewest components.
The TMS320C54x, TMS320LC54x, and TMS320VC54x fixed-point, digital signal processor (DSP) families

The W78E58B is an 8-bit microcontroller which has an in-system programmable Flash EPROM for
firmware updating. The instruction set of the W78E58B is fully compatible with the standard 8052. The
W78E58B contains a 32K bytes of main ROM and a 4K bytes of auxiliary ROM which allows the
contents of the 32KB main ROM to be updated by the loader program located at the 4KB auxiliary
ROM 512 bytes of on-chip RAM four 8-bit bi-directional and bit-addressable I/O ports an additional 4-
