This program compress and recostruct using wavelets. We can select level of decomposition(here maximum 4 levels are given) of images using selected wavelet. For eg:-wavelets can be haar, db1, db2,dmey............... Decomposition can be viewed in figure. (Please note that select 256X256 image for better result.) Then compression can performed, PERFL2 give compression score. Then reconstruction can be performed. Each decompsition we can choose different threshold values. For each threshold value we can calculate mse,psnr,pq(picture quality), bit ratio etc. To get pq install pqs function .

Uniform random number generators by Agner Fog, 2001 - 2007 randomc.zip contains a C++ class library of uniform random number generators of good quality. The random number generators found in standard libraries are often of a poor quality, insufficient for large Monte Carlo calculations. This C++ implementation provides random number generators of a much better quality: Better randomness, higher resolution, and longer cycle lengths. The same random number generators are available as libraries coded in assembly language for higher speed. These libraries can be linked into projects coded in other programming languages under Windows, Linux, BSD, etc. The library files are available in the archive asmlib.zip. A major goal of this book is to show to make devices that are inherently reliable by design. While a lot of attention has been given to “quality improvement,” the majority of the emphasis has been placed on the processes that occur after the design of a product is complete. Design deficiencies are a significant problem, and can be exceedingly difficult to identify in the field. These types of quality problems can be addressed in the design phase with relatively little effort, and with far less expense than will be incurred later in the process. Unfortunately, there are many hardware designers and organizations that, for various reasons, do not understand the significance and expense of an unreliable design. The design methodology presented in this text is intended to address this problem.
