The development of a data acquisition card based on USB bus is introduced in this article.It first describes the configuration and principle of this card in the part of hardware design,and then the application program and device driver in the part of software design.Data acquisition program in firmware is also discussed.Finally,this data acquisition card is tested and evaluated in a program developed by Lab Windows CVI,which shows that this car is stable and reliable

Libvirt is a C toolkit to interact with the virtualization capabilities of recent versions of Linux (and other OSes).The library aim at providing long term stable C API initially for the Xen paravirtualization but should be able to integrate other virtualization mechanisms, it currently also support QEmu and KVM.
The major functionality added in this release includes:
- Rootless mode in X11
- Widget Templtes [both compiled and XML]
As always, this isn t meant to be a stable release, it is only provided so
people can more easily experiment with PicoGUI and possibly help in its
development.
Some of the more significant known bugs:
- The PicoGUI laucher may not work right now, it s undergoing some change.
- Several of the apps included here are not finished, not started, or
otherwise broken.
- There is a redrawing bug that may cause flickering on some platforms

Modern day large power systems are essentially dynamic systems with stringent
requirements of high reliability for the continuous availability of electricity.
Reliability is contingent on the power system retaining stable operation during
steady-state operation and also following disturbances. The subject of power sys-
tem stability has been studied for many decades. With new developments, and there
have been many over the past couple of decades, new concerns and problems arise
that need to be studied and analysed. The objective of this book is a step in that
direction though not ignoring the conventional and well-established approaches.
