libpcap is a system-independent interface for user-level packet capture. libpcap provides a portable framework for low-level network monitoring. Applications include network statistics collection, security monitoring, network debugging, etc.
The GRLIB IP Library is an integrated set of reusable IP cores, designed for system-on-chip (SOC) development. The IP cores are centered around the common on-chip bus, and use a coherent method for simulation and synthesis. The library is vendor independent, with support for different CAD tools and target technologies. A unique plug&play method is used to configure and connect the IP cores without the need to modify any global resources.
In this paper, we describe the development of a mobile butterfly-watching learning (BWL)
system to realize outdoor independent learning for mobile learners. The mobile butterfly-watching
learning system was designed in a wireless mobile ad-hoc learning environment. This is first result
to provide a cognitive tool with supporting the independent learning by applying PDA with
wireless communication technology to extend learning outside of the classroom. Independent
learning consists of self-selection, self-determination, self-modification, and self-checking.

FatFs06.rar
FatFs is a generic file system module to implement the FAT file system to small embedded systems. The FatFs is written in compliance with ANSI C, therefore it is independent of hardware architecture. It can be incorporated into cheap microcontrollers, such as 8051, PIC, AVR, SH, Z80, H8, ARM and etc..., without any change.
