Easy-to-Use, Ultra-Tiny, Differential, 16-Bit Delta Sigma ADC With I2C Interface
The LTC2453 is an ultra-tiny, fully differential, 16-bit, analog-to-digital converter. The LTC2453 uses a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply and communicates through an I2C interface. The ADC is available in an 8-pin, 3mm x 2mm DFN package. It includes an integrated oscillator that does not require any external components. It uses a delta-sigma modulator as a converter core and has no latency for multiplexed applications. The LTC2453 includes a proprietary input sampling scheme that reduces the average input sampling current several orders of magnitude lower than conventional delta-sigma converters. Additionally, due to its architecture, there is negligible current leakage between the input pins.

電學中的測量技術涉及范圍非常廣,電流測量在電學計量中占有非常重要的位置。如何精確地進行電流測量是精密測量的一大難題。傳統的電流檢測電路多采用運算放大芯片與片外電流檢測電路相結合的方式,電路集成度很低,需要較多的接口和資源才能完成對電路的檢測。本文把所有電路部分都集成在一塊芯片上,包括檢測電阻,運算放大器電路及模擬轉數字轉換電路,從而在電路內部可以進行電流檢測,使電路更好的集成化。前置電路使用二級共源共柵結構的運算放大器,減小溝道長度調制效應造成的電流誤差。10位SAR ADC中采用電容驅動能力強的傳輸門保證了模數轉化器的有效精度。比較器模塊采用再生鎖存器與遲滯比較器作為基礎單元組合解決精密測量的問題。本設計可以作為嵌入芯片內的一小部分而檢測芯片中的微小電流1mA~100mA,工作電壓在1.8v左右,電流檢測精度預期達到10uA的需求。The measurement technology in electricity involves a wide range,and current measurement plays a very important position in electrical measurement.How to accurately measure current is a big problem in precision measurement. The traditional current detecting circuit adopts the combination of the operational amplifier chip and theoff-chip current detecting circuit, The circuit integration is very low, and more interfaces and resources are needed tocomplete the circuit detection.This topic integrates all the circuit parts into one chip, including detection resistance, operational amplifier circuit andanalog to digital conversion circuit. Highly integrated circuit makes the external resources on the chip more intensive,so that current detection can be carried out inside the circuit, so that the circuit can be better integrated. Thefront-end circuit of this project uses two-stage cascade operational amplifier and cascade tube to reduce the currenterror caused by channel length modulation effect. In 10-bit SAR ADC, the transmission gate with strong capacitivedriving ability ensures the effective accuracy of the analog-to-digital converter. Comparator module uses regenerativelatch and hysteresis comparator as basic unit to solve the difficult problem of precision measurement. This topic can beused as a small part of the embedded chip to detect the micro-current in the chip 1 mA~100 mA, the working voltageis about 1.8v, and the current detection accuracy is expected to reach the requirement of 10 uA.

隨著半導體技術的發展，模數轉換器（Analog to Digital Converter，ADC）作為模擬與數字接口電路的關鍵模塊，對性能的要求越來越高。為了滿足這些要求，模數轉換器正朝著低功耗、高分辨率和高速度方向快速發展。在磁盤驅動器讀取通道、測試設備、纖維光接收器前端和日期通信鏈路等高性能系統中，高速模數轉換器是最重要的結構單元。因此，對模數轉換器的性能，尤其是速度的要求與日俱增，甚至是決定系統性能的關鍵因素。在分析各種結構的高速模數轉換器的基礎上，本文設計了一個分辨率為6位，采樣時鐘為1GS/s的超高速模數轉換器。本設計采用的是最適合應用于超高速A/D轉換器的全并行結構，整個結構是由分壓電阻階梯，電壓比較器，數字編碼電路三部分組成。在電路設計過程中，主要從以下幾個方面進行分析和改進：采用了無采樣/保持電路的全并行結構；在預放大電路中，使用交叉耦合對晶體管作為負載來降低輸入電容和增加放大電路的帶寬，從而提高比較器的比較速度和信噪比；在比較器的輸出端采用時鐘控制的自偏置差分放大器作為輸出緩沖級，使得比較輸出結果能快速轉換為數字電平，以此來提高ADC的轉換速度；在編碼電路上，先將比較器輸出的溫度計碼轉換成格雷碼，再把格雷碼轉換成二進制碼，這樣進一步提高ADC的轉換速度和減少誤碼率。

本應用筆記介紹一種采用dsPIC數字信號控制器（Digital Signal Controller，DSC）或PIC24單片機來實現無刷直流（Brushless Direct Current，BLDC）電機無傳感器控制的算法。該算法利用對反電動勢（Back-Electromotive Force，BEMF）進行數字濾波的擇多函數來實現。通過對電機的每一相進行濾波來確定電機驅動電壓換相的時刻。這一控制技術省卻了分立的低通濾波硬件和片外比較器。需指出，這里論述的所有內容及應用軟件，都是假定使用三相電機。該電機控制算法包括四個主要部分：·利用DSC或單片機的模數轉換器（Analog-to-Digital Converter，ADC）來采樣梯形波BEMF信號·PWM導通側ADC采樣，以降低噪聲并解決低電感問題·將梯形波BEMF信號與VBUS/2進行比較，以檢測過零點·用擇多函數濾波器對比較結果信號進行濾波·以三種不同模式對電機驅動電壓進行換相：-傳統開環控制器·傳統閉環控制器比例-積分（Proportional-Integral，Pl）閉環控制器

本壓縮包上傳的源程序使用C語言編寫，可以進行二次開發，可移植性強！ADC（analog to digital converter）即模數轉換器，它可以將模擬信號轉換為數字信號。按照其轉換原理主要分為逐次逼近型、雙積分型、電壓頻率轉換型三種。STM32F1 的 ADC 就是逐次逼近型的模擬數字轉換器。STM32F103 系列一般都有 3 個 ADC，這些 ADC 可以獨立使用，也可以使用雙重/三重模式（提高采樣率）。STM32F1 的 ADC 是 12 位逐次逼近型的模擬數字轉換器。它具有多達 18 個復用通道，可測量來自 16 個外部源、2 個內部信號源。 這些通道的 A/D 轉換可以單次、連續、掃描或間斷模式執行。ADC 的結果可以左對齊或右對齊方式存儲在 16 位數據寄存器中。ADC 具有模擬看門狗特性，允許應用程序檢測輸入電壓是否超出用戶定義的閥值上限或者下限。

利用單片機具有的智能程序控制的特點，設計了基于STC89C52單片機的"二極管特性測試器"，可對二極管一般特性進行快速測試。通過穩定線性電流源給二極管加載恒定電流，然后由高精度模數轉換器測試其壓降，以此為基礎可判斷二極管好壞、檢測二極管極性和測試二極管伏安特性等，避免了用萬用表測試只能測得極性而不知其特性這一缺點。可用于電子設計制作過程中對二極管進行快速測試，以確定被測二極管是否滿足電路的設計要求。
Abstract:
By making good use of the intelligent control function of the Micro Controller Unit (MCU)， the diode trait tester was designed based on the STC89C52，which could be used to test the trait of a diode rapidly. By loading constant current to diode through the stable linear current source， and measuring the voltage drop of the diode by high-precision analogue-to-digital converter (ADC)， it can judge whether the diode is good or not， distinguish the polarity of the diode， and test the trait that the diode， which can avoid the fault of using a multimeter can only measure the polarity but not the trait. This device can be used to test the trait of a diode quickly，and to make sure that whether a diode can be used in the electronic design or not.
