生活中許多目標的高度和水平距離需要進行測量。目前主要的測量方法,仍以傳統的皮尺丈量為主,測量效率不高,有時還很不方便,沒有技術成熟的數字式測高測距產品。以基本的數學方法為理論依據,利用遙控小車做為載體,采用角度傳感器測量角度、霍爾傳感器測量水平距離等,通過單片機LM3S615進行數據計算,實現了對待測目標物體的高度、水平距離等數據的快速、精確和數字式的測量,高度測量精度可達99.06%,水平測量精度則可達98.06%。
Abstract: In our lives, the height and Horizontal distance of some goals are needed to be measured. Because the currently used methods are still traditional tape-based measuring methods, and the measuring efficiency is low and inconvenient so some kinds of digital and portable measuring methods or instruments are needed. Based on the basic math theory, this paper designed and manufactured a portable, digital and remote controlled measuring mobile small vehicle, which assembled with angle measuring sensor for angle measurement and Hall sensor for Horizontal distance measuring. MCU LM3S615 calculated the height and Horizontal distance data gotten from these sensors. The measuring process is simple, the measuring results are more accurate and the measuring efficiency is higher than traditional measure instruments. The accuracy of height and distance measurement can reach 99.06% and 98.06%.

隨著 現 代 化工業生產對鋼材需求量的日益增加,連鑄生產能力已經成為衡量一個國家冶金工業發展水平的重要指標之一。近十幾年來,水平連鑄由于具有投資少、鑄坯直、見效快等多方面的優點,國內許多鋼鐵企業利用水平連鑄機來澆鑄特種合金鋼,發揮了其獨特的優勢并取得了較好的經濟效益〔1,2)0采用 水 平 連鑄機澆鑄特種合金鋼時,由于拉坯機是水平連鑄系統中的關鍵設備之一,拉坯機及其控制性能的好壞直接影響著連鑄坯的質量,因此,連鑄的拉坯技術便成為整個水平連鑄技術的核心。由于鋼的冶煉過程是在高溫下進行的,鋼水溫度的變化又容易影響鑄坯的質量和成材率,因此,如何能在高溫環境下控制好與鑄坯速度相關的參數(拉、推程量,中停時間和拉坯頻率等)對于確保連鑄作業的進一步高效化,延長系統的連續作業時間十分關鍵。因此,拉坯輥速度控制技術是連鑄生產過程控制領域中的關鍵技術之- [31

為了擴大監控范圍,提高資源利用率,降低系統成本,提出了一種多通道視頻切換的解決方案。首先從視頻信號分離出行場信號,然后根據行場信號由DSP和FPGA產生控制信號,控制多路視頻通道之間的切換,從而實現讓一個視頻處理器同時監控不同場景。實驗結果表明,該方案可以在視頻監控告警系統中穩定、可靠地實現視頻通道的切換。
Abstract:
To expand the scope of monitoring, improve resource utilization, reduce system cost, a multiple video channels signal switching method is pointed out in this paper. First, Horizontal sync signal and field sync signal from the video signal are separated, then control signal according to the sync signal by DSP and FPGA is generated to control the switching between multiple video channels. Thus, it achieves to make a video processor to monitor different place. Experimental results show that the method can realize video channel switching reliably, and is applied in the video monitoring warning system successfully.

This application note describes the implementation of a two-dimensional Rank Order filter. Thereference design includes the RTL VHDL implementation of an efficient sorting algorithm. Thedesign is parameterizable for input/output precision, color standards, filter kernel size,maximum Horizontal resolution, and implementation options. The rank to be selected can bemodified dynamically, and the actual Horizontal resolution is picked up automatically from theinput synchronization signals. The design has a fully synchronous interface through the ce, clk,and rst ports.
