XML 解釋器（字符串變量）： 通常的XML解釋，可能用Xerces，但這些解釋器只能針對(duì)流（STREAM），可以讀取網(wǎng)絡(luò)、文件的字符流進(jìn)行解釋，但是不能對(duì)內(nèi)存中的字符串進(jìn)行解釋XML節(jié)點(diǎn)。 本代碼可以解決這個(gè)問(wèn)題，而且可以支持UTF8、UTF16LE、UTF16BE等字符集。
