    一種通用微型飛行控制器設(shè)計 105頁摘 要 微小型無人機(Micro/Mini UnmannedAerial Vehicle,M【,AV)在現(xiàn)代軍事和國民經(jīng)濟中發(fā) 揮著越來越重要的作用。飛行控制器是無人機系統(tǒng)的核心,它自動采集無人機的各種飛行參數(shù), 輸出舵面/油門指令以控制無人機的姿態(tài)和軌跡,使無人機能在沒有人工操縱干預(yù)的情況下自主 飛行,完成預(yù)定的任務(wù)。因此,研制高性能的飛行控制器對改善無人機的飛行性能以及提高任 務(wù)完成效率都具有重要的意義。 本文著重研究一種通用微型飛行控制器(General Micro Flight Controller,GMFC),以適用 于小型/微型固定翼飛行器、旋翼飛行器、飛艇以及移動機器人的控制。論文的主要工作涉及 GMFC的硬件設(shè)計與軟件實現(xiàn),具體內(nèi)容包括: 1)分析了微型飛行控制器在國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢,根據(jù)任務(wù)需求和設(shè)計指標確定 一種通用型、微型化、低功耗、高性能、低成本的嵌入式微型飛行控制器的整體方案。 2)設(shè)計了基于ARM的通用微型飛行控制器的硬件系統(tǒng),包括主控模塊、慣性測量單元、 靜壓高度計、遙控信號接收單元、數(shù)據(jù)通信模塊、電源模塊、附加傳感器模塊等;完成了整個 控制器的PCB制作以及對所有電路的調(diào)試工作,使得系統(tǒng)運作正常。 3)研究了基于卡爾曼濾波算法的姿態(tài)參考系統(tǒng),并對姿態(tài)參考系統(tǒng)的靜態(tài)性能和動態(tài)性能 進行測試。 4)設(shè)計了小型四旋翼飛行器本體平臺并對其進行動力學(xué)建模仿真; 5)在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合四旋翼飛行器試驗平臺設(shè)計了飛行控制律,開發(fā)了GMFC的軟件系 統(tǒng),并開展物理實驗驗證。

    對某四輪獨立驅(qū)動電動汽車輪轂電機進行研究,設(shè)計一種永磁無刷直流電機控制器.以STM32F103RBT6芯片為基礎(chǔ),對電機驅(qū)動電路、采樣電路和保護電路分別進行硬件設(shè)計與分析;同時,采用模塊化軟件設(shè)計方案,對該控制器的軟件系統(tǒng)進行升級.實驗驗證表明:所設(shè)計的電機控制器能使電機響應(yīng)迅速、轉(zhuǎn)速穩(wěn)定、無超調(diào),且電動車動力輸出性能良好.A permanent magnet brushless direct current motor controller was designed by studying the hub motor of a four-wheel independent drive electric Vehicle.Based on STM32 F103RBT6 chip,the hardware design and analysis of motor drive circuit,sampling circuit and protection circuit were carried out respectively.At the same time,modular software design scheme was adopted to upgrade the software system of the controller.Experimental results show that the designed motor controller can ensure the motor fast response,stable speed,no overshoot,and good power output performances.

  • B型剩余電流保護器設(shè)計

    隨著光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)快速發(fā)展,以及電動汽車充電樁的普及,傳統(tǒng)的剩余電流保護器無法滿足實際需求。介紹了一款B型剩余電流保護器,采用磁調(diào)制剩余電流互感器和零序電流互感器采集剩余電流。根據(jù)GB/T 22794—2017標準要求,可識別1 kHz及以下的正弦交流、帶和不帶直流分量的脈動直流、平滑直流等剩余電流信號。經(jīng)信號調(diào)理電路將電壓信號送到單片機進行采集和判斷。通過試驗測試,該樣機在測試精度和速度上均符合國家標準的相關(guān)要求。The rapid development of photovoltaic power generation systems and the popularity of electric Vehicle charging piles make the traditional residual current protective devices unable to meet the actual demand.This paper proposed a type B residual current protective device,which uses the magnetically modulated residual current transformer and the zero sequence current transformer to acquire the residual current.According to the requirements of GB/T 22794—2017,the type B residual current protective device can detect sinusoidal AC residual current of 1kHz and below 1kHz,pulsating DC residual current with and without DC component,smooth DC residual current and so on.The signal processing circuit sends the voltage signal to the MCU for acquisition and judgment.Through experimental tests,the device meets the relevant requirements of national standards in terms of test accuracy and speed.

  • 基于STM32的智能小車四輪驅(qū)動控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計

    在傳統(tǒng)智能小車驅(qū)動電路設(shè)計中,較多考慮使用直流電機還是步進電機,電機功率、能耗等性能參數(shù)。使用具有armCortexM4內(nèi)核的STM32嵌入式平臺控制四輪的4個直流電機。文章基于PWM技術(shù)及PID算法,對四輪進行精準地速度、轉(zhuǎn)向及啟停控制,實驗表明此小車具有優(yōu)越各種地形適應(yīng)能力。In the traditional intelligent car drive circuit design,DC motor or stepping motor,motor power,energy consumption and other performance parameters are considered.The four DC motors with four wheels are controlled by STM32 embedded platform with arm Cortex M4 kernel.Based on the PWM technology and PID algorithm,the accurate ground speed,steering,and start-stop control of the four wheels are carried out.The experiment shows that the Vehicle has the superior adaptability to all kinds of terrains.
