The PMSM FOC is made of several C modules, compatible with the free-of-charge IAR EWARM KickStart edition toolchain version 4.42. It is used to quickly evaluate both the MCU and the available tools. In addition, when used together with the STM32F103xx motor control starter kit (STM3210B-MCKIT) and PM motor, a motor can be made to run in a very short time. It also eliminates the need for time-consuming development of FOC and speed regulation algorithms by providing ready-to-use functions that let the user concentrate on the application layer. Moreover, it is possible to get rid of any speed sensor thanks to the sensorless algorithm for rotor position reconstruction.

The hardware platform consists of a BLDC motor(rated speed is 60000rpm), a Buck circuit and an inverter. Under the control of DSP28035, this system can achieve the goal of adjusting the motor’s speed with voltage and the function of sensorless control based on the coordinate transformation. By making full use of resources of the core, such as CLA, analog comparator, HPWM and AD converters, the whole system can meet the requirements.1 引言高速永磁無刷直流電機驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)由于基波頻率較高（一般在1kHZ以上），利用逆變橋斬波進行調(diào)速的控制方式通常會受到開關(guān)管開關(guān)頻率的限制，因此該系統(tǒng)多采用三相全橋前級加Buck電路進承擔(dān)調(diào)壓調(diào)速的功能，而三相全橋主要承擔(dān)邏輯換相的功能。然而，傳統(tǒng)Buck電路所需電感的體積較大，增加了系統(tǒng)的體積，降低了系統(tǒng)的功率密度。

Abstract: A sliding mode observer and fractional-order phase-locked loop (FO-PLL) method is proposed for the sensorless speed control of a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM).The saturation function is adopted in order to reduce the chattering phenomenon caused by the sliding mode observer. In this proposed FO-PLL, method, a regulable fractional order r is involved, which means that the FO-PLL provides an extra degree of freedom. In fact, the conventional phase-locked loop (PLL) applied in sensorless PMSM control can be seen as a special case of the proposed FO-PLL. By selecting a proper fractional order r a better performance may be achieved.
